From the move money menu on the mobile app tap on Direct Deposit. Copy the details of your bench account to your external banking website and transfer the funds using those details. Funds will be available on your card within 24 hours. You will also receive a notification when funds are available.
From the move money menu on the mobile app tap on Linked Account. Follow the prompts to connect and authenticate your bank account/s. Once they have successfully been linked you can tap on “Load Funds”. Enter your amount to transfer then tap Done. Funds will be available on your card within 24 hours. You will also receive a notification when funds are available.
Adding money to your bench account using your existing bank account is easy. Log into the mobile app and tap on the Move Money menu. From here you can either select Linked Account or Direct Deposit. Just follow the prompts and money will be available on your card within 24 hours.
