How do I put money on my bench account?
Adding money to your bench card can be achieved either by direct deposit or via your linked bank account.
Direct Deposit
Via your mobile app, tap on the menu then tap Payments. From the menu tap Direct Deposit. Use the “Copy to clipboard” then to paste the details into an SMS or email to the person paying you or use these details yourself from your external bank account.
Depending on your bank this might take 24 to 48 hours to transfer.
Linked Bank Account
Via your mobile app, tap on the menu then tap Link Accounts. Tap on plus button to add a new linked account. Follow the screen prompts to select your bank and enter your external bank username and password. Once your account is linked you can Deposit or withdraw funds onto your bench card.
